Return Process

  Log into your Nalli account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree remains in its original condition with all tags attached, including the blouse piece and any accompanying accessories or certificates of authenticity.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address to collect the package at a scheduled time convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
